Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The item must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Package the item securely, including all original packaging and any accessories.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

This Returns & Warranty Policy does not affect your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
